Virtual Assistant for Cosmetics Brand

This is a remote position. WFH | Part-Time | PST (Pacific Standard Time) Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our client's cosmetics brand across TikTok Shop operations, affiliate programs, social media platforms, and Shopify management. This role involves engaging with customers and affiliates, managing daily eCommerce and social media tasks, handling content updates, and generating performance reports. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, responsive, and experienced in remote support within a fast-paced beauty environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply to product reviews and send follow-up messages daily.
• Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Approve sample requests and manage affiliate communications.
• Create and maintain message templates for FAQs and affiliate feedback.
• Manage TikTok Shop backend tasks, including order tracking, fulfillment coordination, and customer updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for TikTok Shop.
• Assist with social media management tasks, including post scheduling, captions, hashtags, links, and content uplo.
• Perform Shopify edits and basic design updates to keep the online store current.
• Track engagement and performance metrics (likes, comments, shares, affiliate sales) and provide insights as needed.
• Support general admin tasks such as data entry, file organization, calendar management, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or similar remote support role—preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate systems, and social media platforms (especially TikTok).
• Familiarity with Shopify and basic design/editing tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tools and platforms efficiently.
