Oversee and manage the scheduling of flight attendants for American Airlines Ensure efficient and effective assignment of crew members to flights Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew schedules Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and disruptions Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely crew scheduling Communicate with crew members regarding their schedules and any changes or updates Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to crew scheduling Manage and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise Train and mentor new crew schedulers to ensure they understand company processes and procedures Continuously evaluate and improve crew scheduling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to crew scheduling Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Serve as a role model and leader for the crew scheduling team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.</p><p>American Airlines is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
