Strong experience in Quality Engineering, QA automation, or test engineering.
Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Experience validating APIs, workflows, and data-driven systems.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to support the validation and quality assurance of AI-driven claims solutions. This role will focus on building strong test strategies, validating AI/ML and automation workflows, and ensuring quality across functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. The candidate will work closely with engineering, AI, business, and platform teams to improve quality, reduce defects, and strengthen delivery confidence across multiple Lines of Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute quality engineering strategies for Claims AI 10.0 initiatives across PCRB, E&I UNET, USP, and Disputes

Build and maintain functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test coverage for AI/ML and automation solutions

  • Validate business workflows, claims logic, and platform integrations across supported Lines of Business
  • Develop and execute test plans for APIs, UI workflows, data processing, and model-driven outputs
  • Collaborate with engineering, AI, and business teams to ensure requirements are testable and well understood
  • Identify defects, validate fixes, and improve release confidence before UAT and production deployment
  • Strengthen test automation, non-production validation, and quality reporting across delivery cycles
  • Support responsible AI validation where applicable, including consistency, explainability, and workflow outcome checks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in test processes, coverage, and engineering quality standards

Required Skills :

  • Strong experience in Quality Engineering, QA automation, or test engineering
  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
  • Experience validating APIs, workflows, and data-driven systems
  • Strong understanding of defect management, test planning, and release validation
  • Experience working with engineering teams on automation and AI/ML-enabled solutions is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with test automation tools, validation frameworks, and quality metrics is preferred
