About the position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a rapidly expanding ABA company committed to fostering the success of children, young adults, and families. We deliver evidence-based, 1:1 support to children with Autism in various settings including homes, schools, and clinics. This position is an entry-level opportunity that includes comprehensive training, offering a path for personal and professional development while enabling you to make a significant daily impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings

Requirements

Nice-to-haves

• Prior ABA experience
