Operations Credit Bureau Dispute Unit Analyst - AVP

You will use your expertise in credit analysis to investigate and resolve disputes in a timely and accurate manner, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in credit bureau dispute resolution and possess a strong understanding of credit reporting laws and regulations. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is also required. Manage and resolve credit bureau disputes for customers in a timely and accurate manner. Utilize strong analytical skills to investigate and analyze credit bureau data and customer information. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and credit reporting laws. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resolve disputes. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and credit bureaus. Use expertise in credit analysis to identify and resolve complex disputes. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the dispute resolution process. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in credit reporting laws and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements for the credit bureau dispute unit. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure effective dispute resolution practices. Utilize data and reporting tools to track and monitor dispute resolution metrics. Handle escalated disputes and provide guidance and support to team members. Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations on credit bureau dispute resolution.
