Key Account Sales Supervisor

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members. Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and identify any potential issues or opportunities.
